ANGIE

Checkerboard Vineyards is home to animals rescued by Dennis and Steph. Angie, our Angus cow, discovered us several years ago as a calf living feral in our woods.  Unbranded and accidentally separated from her mother and herd, she gradually introduced herself to us and now lives a charmed life in the stable with Lamb Chop, our rescue sheep.
